We booked this hotel for its proximity to family and were thrilled with the comfortable beds, refreshing cleanliness, and surprise upgrade to Club level with a lovely breakfast. The poolside pizza experience was delightful.

A mix-up with the room view left us disappointed, and an unexpected fee during check-in added unnecessary stress. Staff didn’t accommodate room changes without added charges, which felt frustrating.
